● Original receipt is required for all returns & exchanges.
● Only unopened & in new condition items are eligible for return within 7 days of purchase.
● Defective fresh food, frozen food, vegetable, meat and seafood
are eligible for return within 24 hours of purchase.
● Dry goods & canned food can only be returned and exchanged
if defective and within 7 days of purchase . A 20% restocking
fee will be charged.
● Electronic items, Houseware items & Tiger rice cookers are NOT eligible for exchange & return. ( For Tiger brand rice cooker service, please call: 1-866-558-4437)
● Medicine and gift cards are NOT eligible for exchange or return.
● Sales are final for CLEARANCE & SALE items. NO RETURN!!
